POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Brand Manager leads our strategic marketing efforts as we proactively execute in a highly competitive marketplace and expand into new markets. Responsible for brand positioning, non-digital media strategy, content creation, and social media, this position will develop cohesive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience. This position is expected to be a visionary leader that will build and manage a team of 8-10 marketing professionals, collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, and support the sales organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Brand Positioning: Develop a deep understanding of our target market and competition to define a compelling and differentiated brand positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints. Monitor market trends and consumer insights to adapt and optimize brand positioning strategies.
  • Non-Digital Media Strategy & Buying: Devise market-specific strategic plans for traditional media channels (TV, radio, print) to maximize brand visibility and reach the target audience. Collaborate with media agencies to negotiate favorable media buying terms and track the performance of campaigns.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content that showcases our thought leadership and industry expertise. Work closely with content creators and subject matter experts to develop valuable content for various marketing initiatives.
  • Creative Management: Oversee the development and execution of creative assets, including branding materials, online and offline ads, event materials, and promotional content. Ensure that all creative outputs align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
  • Social Media: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and following, along with employee engagement. Monitor social media platforms and respond to customer feedback while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Email Marketing: Drive email marketing campaigns through HubSpot to nurture leads, retain customers, and deliver valuable content. Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Internal Communications: Facilitate effective internal communications to align employees with the company's brand and marketing goals and programs. Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across internal communication channels.
  • PR (Public Relations): Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders. Promoting company events and other public appearances to generate positive media coverage and strengthen the company's corporate social responsibility efforts.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute impactful events to promote the brand, attract potential customers, and strengthen partnerships. Measure event success and provide insights for future event strategies.
  • Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of 8-10 marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support team members' professional development.
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing team to align website content, digital advertising, and overall online brand presence. Collaborate on digital campaigns and initiatives to drive a cohesive brand experience across channels.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales organization by creating sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and product information. Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools to effectively communicate the brand value to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on regional market expansion.
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple markets, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies across diverse channels.
  • Strong understanding of non-digital media buying, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and event management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate a diverse marketing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license.
