Full-time 40 hours per week - day shift; start time as early at 6:00AM for deliveries
Looking for a professional-level position with an organization that is making a difference? Brook Lane Health Services is seeking a full-time Purchasing Agent to support organizational needs across four locations. Brook Lane is a a leading provider of mental health treatment and education in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assists Controller in establishing purchasing procedures and workflow
• Purchases office, medical and housekeeping supplies for all Brook Lane locations
• Responsible for inventory management and documentation
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client profile and information in accordance with HIPPA regulations
• Prepares deposit for checks received in mail, with back up (AP person)
• Assists with preparation of annual inventory
• Delivers on main campus and arranges for deliveries to other offices

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2 years purchasing experience required
• Intermediate technology skills required (Excel, Microsoft Word, and database software)
• Experience working with a wide variety of backgrounds (vendors, delivery, staff)
• Must have some skill in working with numbers, although employee does not perform complex calculations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required and has command of English language
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Job does include lifting up to 30 pounds and walking around a large campus

Starting salary based on experience.
